Natural wax at Dairy Industry Day
Wednesday was a special day for the Danish dairy industry.
More than 200 industry professionals gathered at MCH Messecenter Herning for the event, Dairy Industry Day (Mejeribrugets Dag in Danish).
The day is an annual event organised in collaboration between the Danish Dairy Association and the Danish Dairy Technology Society. The vision is to create a meeting place for the industry where dairy expertise, networking and knowledge sharing contribute to a strong and competitive dairy industry.
Innovations and good relations
The dairy content itself played a major role both in the informal conversations among the participants and in the official programme, where experts gave presentations on new innovations and trends in the industry.
One of them was Account Manager Bent Vogensen from Procudan, who spoke about our revolutionary fossil-free cheese wax, ProCera® Natural.
The presentation "Natural cheeses deserve natural wax" reviewed perspectives on the new 100 percent natural cheese wax and its reception on the world market since its launch in the autumn.
Expertise and strong roots
Bent Vogensen was joined on the day by Product Manager for ProCera® Cheese Wax Maja Duelund. Both experts were available to answer questions about both the natural and traditional cheese wax we produce.
