ID-number in emails

From 22 May 2023, all emails sent to our Quality and Supply Service departments will be assigned a ID number. This will ensure that all email inquiries are received and dealt with by the right members of staff.

ID number from quality and customer service

Starting on 22 May 2023, all emails sent to our quality and customer service staff will be automatically assigned a identification number in the email subject field. This number will be in square brackets before the text in the email subject field. This is what it will look like:

(ID:12) Re. delivery of XYZ

This ID number will help us to keep track of communications and ensure that we are able to reply quickly to your inquiry. It is therefore important that you leave the ID number in the email subject field if we are conversing by email.

All replies to come from the same sender account

All Procudan employees have their own personal email address, but when you receive a reply from any of our quality and customer service staff after 22 May 2023, the reply will be from a shared email account.

  • Quality replies will be from Procudan Quality
  • Supply Service replies will be from Procudan Customer Service

This will ensure that your inquiry gets to the right person quickly as several employees share access to the same inbox. We will continue to use personal signatures, so you always know who you are communicating with.

If you need to speak to one of our employees, you will also be able to find their personal telephone number in their email signature. You will also, as always, be able to contact us on our main phone number: +45 7550 8000.

You can also find additional information on our “My Procudan” online customer portal.
