Having 40,000 new colleagues creates quite a buzz

Procudan now has 40,000 new colleagues who have been given the task of co-creating value, benefiting the environment and not least the breakfast table.

CEO Tommy H. Pedersen and Quality Manager Lone Skov are the two frontrunners in the care and nurture of the 40,000 new colleagues at the same time as they pursue a course at the Beekeepers' Association in Kolding.

Since 16 March 2022, both new beekeeping enthusiasts have attended theory lessons about bees and are now responsible for the practical work in our apiary for the rest of the year.

An eye for sustainability and co-creating value

We focus on sustainability, and in addition to producing honey, the task of our bees is to spotlight biodiversity and the environment. Our mission is to create value together, which is also what bees do.

The bees are here to stay, and this is the way it was meant to be(e).

Honey brings joy on the Friday breakfast table

At Procudan, we eat breakfast together on Fridays, and we expect to be able to use the honey that the 40,000 new employees produce for us on our breakfast table every Friday morning. In the future, the table will not be the only place where our honey will bring joy, because the plan is to ultimately get started brewing mead too.
